Working with a customer with very specific requirements and our naval architecture team at C. Raymond Hunt Associates, we designed and built a very high-performance luxury express tender for a beautiful yacht.

Our requirements included extensive outdoor seating for leisurely cruises along a picturesque coastline with ease of movement around the boat to support a high level of service while underway. In addition, a high speed capability was needed for express delivery of the owner and guests to distant shore side venues. Taking advantage of the unique HBI wide stance hull form and layout, we were able to meet the customer's requirements in a surprisingly affordable package of custom and semi-custom parts. The standard hull form provided the amazingly dry ride HBIs are famous for while the entirely custom deck layout accommodates the need for elegant entertaining. Beautiful upholstery conceals a large amount of storage space and ease of access to all critical components. Colors were coordinated with the large yacht to make the tender a perfect match!
